About Pyramid Care Pathway
How we can help
Pyramid Care Pathway can provide tailored short- and long-term placements aimed at helping children and young people heal from past disruptions and traumas. We can accept referrals on behalf of local authority social services departments for young people aged 8-18 who may have a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties (E.B.D.)
Our focus is on preparing them for their next steps in life, whether that's reuniting with their families, transitioning to foster care, or moving toward independence and adulthood.
We understand firsthand the challenges faced by vulnerable children and young people in broken homes. This insight has fuelled our commitment to establishing a specialised form of children’s home, and supplementary services, dedicated to offering the support and care needed for these individuals to find their path in life filled with hope and opportunity.
